The Central Park District 08 towers include two high-rises located in the Dubai International Financial Center. The two 50 story towers, linked at the base by a 6 story Podium, serve different purposes with one dedicated for offices while the other for residential use.
Scope of Work:
e.construct performed value engineering on the existing structural system and construction methods for optimization. All horizontal slabs were converted to precast/prefab concrete elements and detailed.
